One of the main objectives of the private limited company Beltrán Baena Holding is the development of practices that contribute to sustainable development compatible with their business operations aimed to achieve corporate excellence.
Because of that, it has adopted a corporate behaviour based on ethical, social, and environmental criteria, oriented by guidelines and codes of conduct of international organisations which Ge2b has joined or been approved by, as IPOA (International Peace Operations Association).
With the aim to compile in the same document the principles and values that guide its business activity, Beltrán Baena Holding has elaborated its Ethical and Socially Responsible Management Policy, ruled by the following clauses:
- Knowledge and compliance with laws in force in the countries where Ge2b develops its business activity, and will to integrate particular cultural aspects of these countries when putting it in practice.
- Support and respect to Human Rights in every operation of Beltrán Baena Holding, establishing limits to guarantee the integrity of the international regulations in this matter with special attention to its providers.
- Promotion of investigation and innovation as a part of a corporate strategy of continuing improvement of the quality of its services and, consequently, of its clients level of satisfaction. The relation with this stakeholders group will be based on legal compliance, honesty, impartiality and integrity.
- Promotion of Ethical Management of Human Resources in Beltrán Baena Holding, based on compliance with labour and health and safety regulations, the promotion of continuing training to the update of knowledge, the guarantee that equality will guide selection and treatment of personnel, regardless to their sex, ethnic group, or any other social condition.
- Efficient usage of natural resources, such as water or energy, minimising their consumption, reducing the generation of waste and levels of pollution and, consequently, the impact that Beltrán Baena Holding generates where operates.
The Management of Beltrán Baena Holding adopts this policy and commits to promote it.
